JOB DESCRIPTION – BPO TRAINER

Mervice Infotech📍 Location: Silkboard, Bangalore

💰 Package: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

🕐 Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | Rotational Week Off

🎯 Position: Trainer – BPO

About the RoleMervice Infotech is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic BPO Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, improving employee performance, and ensuring new and existing employees meet the required process and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and refresher training programs for BPO employees.
• Deliver engaging training sessions on process, product, communication, soft skills, and customer handling.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and knowledge resources.
• Conduct TNI/TNA to identify employee training requirements.
• Evaluate trainees through tests, assessments, mock calls, and practical exercises.
• Track and report trainee performance, attendance, and training effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve performance.
• Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to identify performance gaps.
• Conduct refresher and remedial training based on quality and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate training MIS and share regular training reports with management.
• Ensure training content and delivery are aligned with client and process requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the training function.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1+ years of experience as a BPO Trainer preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of BPO processes, training methodologies, and quality parameters.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent classroom management and facilitation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / PowerPoint / Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple training batches and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in International BPO / Voice / Blended processes will be preferred.
