Responsible for Customer delight

Engineering team - Trainees

The engineering team trainees shall be trained (as per the training format of Arvi) in-house so as

to carry-out the necessary on-site services and shall be assigned for field work including

installation, site inspection and after sales service. They will also be trained in assembly and

wiring so as to carryout the necessary repairs on field.

Good communication skills with clarity.

Serious and responsible personilty with thorough understanding of risk factors

of deviations and non-compliance.

Ability to work in highly time sensitive environment

Proactive personilty of immediately resolving issue.

Each member of the engineering team who carries out his role efficiently in Arvi in various given

roles by the management for at least two years, depending upon his committment to the job

assigned, prompt reporting, willingness to carryout any type of job within the scope of

achieving customer delight - has career growth and oppurtunity to transform himself as an

efficient Engineer, an expert in UPS servicing, customer support, testing, product development

and R&D apart from oppurtunities in gaining management skills.

After the initial training is provided, team management will evaluate your progress, your

streangth and weaknesses for the next 6months and accordingly decide to train you further on

any specialization within the Engineering services like Failure analysis, UPS testing, UPS in-house

servicing, UPS field escalation service engineer, UPS tech support engineer, Final QC, Product

develeopment, PCB designing & R&D.

Qualification and other requirements.

Minimum diploma / BE in electrical with one year experience or fresher.

Should have an own vehicle and should be willing to travel local and outstation.

Ability to handle Hindi and majour south Indian language fluently are a huge advantage.
