Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Koramangala, Bengaluru for a Commercial Real Estate Specialist. The responsibilities include managing real estate transactions, conducting market analysis, evaluating property investment opportunities, negotiating deals, and building client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop real estate strategies tailored to the needs of diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and communicate with US-based clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Respond to client inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

Maintain accurate records and update CRM/software systems.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Willingness to work in US night shifts.

Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Prior experience in a US process/customer service/client-facing role is preferred.
