US Payroll Analyst

Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented US Payroll Analyst/Bookkeeper with hands-on experience in US Payroll, ADP Workforce Now/ADP payroll systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing payroll for multiple US-based clients while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.

• Job Title: US Payroll Analyst Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile US payroll using ADP (ADP Workforce Now or similar ADP platforms).

• Validate payroll inputs, deductions, benefits, taxes, and employee reimbursements.

• Perform invoice validation, including 2-way and 3-way matching.

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using QuickBooks.

• Handle payroll operations for multiple US clients simultaneously.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with client policies and established payroll procedures.

• Assist in month-end closing, payroll reporting, and financial documentation. Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Payroll processing.

• Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll (ADP Workforce Now preferred).

• Good understanding of US Payroll processing, payroll components, deductions, and compliance.

• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis preferred).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
