Job Description
Driver Duty List
1. Timings: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
2. Working Days: Monday to Friday
3. One Saturday per month is working
4. Clean the school van daily inside and outside
5. Monthly full cleaning at car wash center (inside and outside)
6. Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure regularly
7. Inform coordinator immediately for any repair or issue
8. Do not delay repairs or continue driving unsafe vehicle
9. Follow all traffic rules strictly
10. No mobile phone use while driving. Wear seat belt
11. No over-speeding or rash driving
12. Submit original Driving License and Aadhaar Card.
13. Always carry vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC, Permit)
14. Ensure child safety at all times
16. Do not leave children unattended in the vehicle
17. Ensure proper pick-up and drop as per list
18. Be polite and respectful with parents and staff
19. Weekly: Arrange drinking water for staff
20. Quarterly: Help in putting banners
21. Handle all vehicle maintenance and repairs
22. Purchase stationery or nearby items as instructed
23. Inform in advance for any leave. Salary deducted for leave and given to other driver
24. Salary 20,000/- is paid on 10th of the following month. 2 month notice period
25. Additional working days: events, field trips, etc.
26. No alcohol or tobacco during duty hours
