🎯 Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand storytelling, audience psychology, and ad performance.
- 🎥 Key ResponsibilitiesEdit high-quality videos for:
- YouTube (long-form videos)
- Shorts / Reels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
- Promotional ads (tour packages, offers, hooks)
- Add:
- Background music, sound effects
- Subtitles/captions (important for reels)
- Transitions, effects, and motion graphics
- Create hook-based videos (first 3–5 seconds engaging)
- Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratio, duration)
- Work closely with the marketing team for ad creatives
- Maintain consistent brand style and tone
- Deliver projects within deadlines
- 🧠 Required SkillsExperience with tools like:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut / Final Cut Pro (optional but good)
- Understanding of:
- Social media trends
- YouTube algorithm basics
- Ad creatives and storytelling
- Ability to create viral-style content
- Basic color correction and audio editing knowledge
- ⭐ Preferred QualificationsExperience in travel/tourism video editing
- Knowledge of YouTube Ads / Meta Ads creatives
