Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–3 years of experience to join our content creation team at our Bengaluru office. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling through visual content and excited to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding training and coaching brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for courses, social media ( , YouTube, and promotions.

• Visual Enhancements: Add background music, voice-overs, subtitles, transitions, effects, and animations as needed.

• Content Repurposing: Convert long-form videos into reels, shorts, and highlight snippets for digital platforms.

• Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, trainers, and the marketing team to execute video ideas.

• Branding: Ensure consistent use of branding elements and visual style across all videos.

• File Management: Organize and maintain a structured file system for raw footage, edits, and final outputs.

• Timely Delivery: Manage multiple projects and meet editing deadlines efficiently.

• Able to work flexibly and be available to handle urgent tasks or priority assignments whenever required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Design, Communication, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing.

• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or any online AI related softwares.

• Strong sense of design, timing, visual composition, and storytelling.

• Familiarity with different video formats and requirements for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.

• Basic skills in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) or motion graphics, etc will be added advantag
