Job Description

Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare and run VMC machines according to technical drawings, blueprints, and tooling instructions.

Programming & Adjustments: Load or modify CNC programs using standard codes (G-code/M-code) and adjust cutting parameters, feed rates, and tool paths.

Tool Management: Select, install, and calibrate cutting tools, drills, and end mills, while monitoring them for wear and tear.

Quality Control: Measure finished parts using precision instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet strict dimensional tolerances.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance, check fluid levels, and troubleshoot machining errors or malfunctions.
