🎓 Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Certification in CNC Programming is an added advantage
🛠️ Experience
- 3 to 8 Years in VMC Programming & Machining Operations
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize LD programs for VMC machines
- Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters
- Support production team for cycle time improvement
- Conduct prove-out and troubleshooting of CNC programs
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and process quality
- Coordinate with tool room and production departments
💻 Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of VMC programming
- Experience in Mastercam / Powermill / NX CAM
- Knowledge of Fanuc controllers
- Understanding of tooling, fixtures, and machining processes
- Exposure to precision manufacturing industries preferred
