Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, especially North Indian dishes
  • Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a waiter/steward preferred
  • Knowledge of North Indian cuisine is mandatory
  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
  • Basic understanding of customer service practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Presentable appearance and positive attitude
