Process 1---E-mail/Chat Process (Non-Voice Process)

Responsibilities

Ability to write emails to customers to address their queries.

Resolve concerns and manage complaints via Email and Chat.

Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues through mail and Chat.

Education: 12th Pass and Above at Hebbal Location.

Languages: Fluency in English Good Communication and Typing skills

Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in Email/Chat Process

Rounds: HR, Versant (International VETI - 4/5 Quality (Excellent English Communication) and Manager Round.

Workdays: 6 days + 1 rotational week off

📍 Location: Work from Office (Hebbal Bangalore)

Process 2:  Content Creation Process (Back Office Non-Voice Process)

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Description:

We are looking for fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills, the role involves writing and editing product descriptions while ensuring quality and brand guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities:

Create and edit content

Write simple, accurate, and engaging content.

Follow brand guidelines

Require---

Freshers & Graduates/undergraduate

Excellent English communication is mandatory (any additional language is a plus)

Immediate joiners only

Workdays: 6 days working, 1 rotational week off
