Warehouse Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive/Manager to oversee inventory planning, forecasting, warehouse coordination, and marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms such as Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in inventory management, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and uninterrupted product availability.

Key Responsibilities

·      Inventory Planning & Forecasting

·      Prepare inventory forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonal demand.

·      Monitor stock levels across all warehouses and marketplaces.

·      Ensure optimal inventory availability while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory.

·      Create replenishment plans and coordinate inventory movement between warehouses.

·      Sechduling and Planning Quick Commerce Monitoring Purchase Orders.

Marketplace Operations

·      Manage inventory operations for Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other e-commerce platforms.

·      Create and manage shipments, replenishment plans, and inbound schedules.

·      Track shipment status and ensure timely dispatch and receiving of inventory.

·      Monitor marketplace inventory health and take proactive actions to avoid stock-outs.

·      Warehouse & Logistics Coordination

·      Coordinate with internal warehouses, 3PL partners, and logistics providers.

·      Ensure timely packing, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.

·      Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve operational bottlenecks.

·      Maintain strong communication with warehouse teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Cross-Functional Coordination

·      Work closely with Category, Sales, Marketing, and Marketplace teams.

·      Coordinate with department leads to align inventory planning with business requirements.

·      Escalate operational issues and drive timely resolution.

Reporting & Analysis

·      Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory planning reports.

·      Share shipment tracking and inventory status reports with department heads.

·      Analyze sales and inventory data to improve forecasting accuracy.

·      Develop dashboards and operational MIS reports for management review.

Qualification

·      Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).

·      Languages: Hindi, Kannada, and English are mandatory.

·      Understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.

·      Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, warehouse operations, or logistics will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

·      Knowledge of Seller Central platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and other marketplace portals.

·      Familiarity with Q-Commerce inventory replenishment processes and stock planning.

·      Experience in shipment management, order processing, and dispatch coordination.

·      Understanding of inventory reconciliation, stock audits, and warehouse operations.

·      Ability to monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs.

·      Knowledge of order tracking, return management

·      Proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and Reporting.

·      Experience in generating MIS reports and analyzing sales and inventory data.

·      Ability to coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and marketplace account managers.

Key Attributes

·      Monitor inventory levels across marketplaces and warehouses.

·      Coordinate replenishment planning to maintain optimum stock availability.

·      Track daily orders, shipments, returns, and cancellations.

·      Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.

·      Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners for smooth operations.

·      Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain accurate product listings.

·      Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities.
