Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a quick, smart, and disciplined Warehouse Executive to manage daily operations for our e-commerce business.

The ideal candidate should be energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Daily picking, packing, and labeling of orders with high speed and accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Using Uniware for order processing and stock checking (Training will be provided).
• Marketplace Shipments: Accurately counting and verifying SKUs for bulk shipments to Amazon FC (FBA) and Flipkart FC.
• Returns Management: Handling the Putaway process for returned items and ensuring items are restocked correctly.
• Claims Handling: Filing and monitoring reimbursement claims for lost or damaged goods on Amazon and Flipkart panels.
• Warehouse Discipline: Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and ensuring 100% inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Speed: Must be able to perform packing and picking tasks very quickly.
• Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge to handle seller panels, claims and Uniware.
• Accuracy: High attention to detail to ensure the right product reaches the right customer.
• Experience: Prior experience in an e-commerce warehouse is a plus, but not mandatory if you are a fast learner.
