Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Assistant manager to manage warehouse operations, battery movement, field logistics, and service coordination in Bangalore. The role requires someone who can work across warehouse inventory, dispatches, battery handling, servicing coordination, and day-to-day operational support.

The candidate will also assist the Operations Head and Production Manager in ensuring smooth execution of battery assembly, deployment, repairs, and customer servicing activities.

• Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse ManagementManage inward and outward movement of batteries, cells, BMS, inverters, and related components.
• Maintain proper inventory records of raw materials, battery packs, spare parts, and finished goods.
• Ensure safe storage, labeling, and handling of lithium-ion batteries as per safety protocols.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and physical inventory audits.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
• 2. Logistics & Dispatch ManagementCoordinate dispatch and receipt of batteries, battery packs, and related equipment across Bangalore and other locations.
• Manage transporter/vendor coordination for pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure proper packaging and documentation for battery movement.
• Track shipments and maintain logistics records.
• Coordinate reverse logistics for faulty batteries, repairs, and replacements.
• 3. Battery Servicing & Field SupportSupport battery servicing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting activities in Bangalore.
• Coordinate on-site battery installation, replacement, and service visits.
• Assist technical teams in battery diagnostics and service-related activities.
• Maintain service logs and customer service records.
• Support preventive maintenance activities.
• 4. Operations & Production SupportAssist the Operations Head and Production Manager in day-to-day operational execution.
• Support battery assembly, testing, and production-related workflows.
• Coordinate material availability for production activities.
• Ensure timely movement of components between warehouse and production.
• Support SOP implementation and operational documentation.
• 5. Documentation & ReportingMaintain dispatch records, inward/outward registers, inventory sheets, and service documentation.
• Update operational data in ERP/online systems (preferred familiarity with Frappe or similar tools).
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory, logistics status, and servicing activities.
• Candidate RequirementsEducationDiploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Electrical, Mechanical, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience1–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, field operations, or service coordination.
• Experience in battery, EV, electronics, automotive, renewable energy, telecom, or manufacturing sectors will be preferred.
• Skills RequiredStrong operational discipline and ownership mindset.
• Basic understanding of batteries, electrical systems, or electronics preferred.
• Ability to coordinate logistics and field activities independently.
• Good inventory management and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable with field travel within Bangalore for servicing support.
