💼 What You’ll Do
🔹 You'll be the one keeping our warehouse running smoothly. Your day will include:
- Managing day-to-day stock — receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory accurately
- Reconciling stock counts regularly so our numbers always match reality
- Coordinating with the team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time
- Tracking incoming shipments from suppliers and flagging delays or discrepancies early
- Supervising warehouse staff — assigning tasks, maintaining discipline, and keeping the floor organized
- Sharing weekly updates with the team — stock levels, bottlenecks, and what's working or not
💼 Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills — someone who spots problems before they become bigger ones
- Comfortable being on your feet and hands-on with day-to-day floor operations
- Basic comfort with Google Sheets / Excel for inventory tracking
- Good at managing people — fair, firm, and approachable with the team
