Warehouse Supervisor

The Organic World is a leading retail chain committed to providing healthy, organic, and sustainable products to customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management and distribution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse organization and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and store teams to ensure stock availability.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation of warehouse transactions and inventory records.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize warehouse productivity.
• Monitor product quality and storage conditions, especially for perishable and organic products.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics supervision.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, grocery, or food industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
