JOB DESCRIPTION – PICKER & PACKER / STORE ASSOCIATE
Company Hiring: Amazon / Zepto Warehouses
Job Role: Picker, Packer & Scanner (Warehouse Operations)
Job Summary
We are hiring candidates for warehouse/store operations in Amazon and Zepto locations across Bangalore. Candidates will be responsible for product picking, packing, scanning, sorting, and handling day-to-day warehouse activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Picking products/items from warehouse shelves as per order requirements
Packing products safely and accurately for dispatch
Scanning and labeling products using warehouse systems
Sorting and organizing products in assigned storage areas
Checking product quantity and quality before dispatch
Maintaining cleanliness and discipline in the warehouse/store area
Supporting loading/unloading activities when required
Following company safety and operational guidelines
Shift Timings (Rotational)
Morning Shift
• 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM
Afternoon Shift
• 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Night Shift
• 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Shift timings may vary slightly depending on store/warehouse requirements.

💰 Salary: ₹16,000 NTH (Net Take Home)

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
