Warranty Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Claim Processing & Submission: Prepare, log, and submit all warranty claims to Hyundai via the dealer management system (DMS) within the mandated timelines.
• Adherence to Guidelines: Thoroughly review repair orders to ensure that all technical documentation, diagnostic logs, and customer complaints align strictly with Hyundai’s warranty policies and procedures.
• Scrutiny & Verification: Verify that the parts replaced under warranty are genuinely defective and match the labor operations coded by the technicians.
• Parts Management: Coordinate with the parts department and workshop to ensure that failed components are properly tagged, stored, and either shipped back to Hyundai or scrapped according to manufacturer instructions.
• Rejection Management: Monitor, track, and resubmit any rejected or returned claims by providing additional technical justification or correcting administrative errors.
• Audit Readiness: Maintain flawless, audit-ready documentation for all past and present warranty claims to prevent financial penalties during official Hyundai dealership audits.
• Customer & Team Liaison: Assist Service Advisors in explaining warranty coverage limits or rejections politely to customers, ensuring high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
