WhatsApp Customer Support & Operations Executive (Telugu Mandatory)

Dhanvi Designers is looking for a sincere and responsible WhatsApp Customer Support & Operations Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Telugu, have basic knowledge of Kannada, and enjoy interacting with customers. Along with customer support, the role also includes order processing, saree packing, and inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries on WhatsApp.
• Assist customers by sharing product details, photos, and videos.
• Conduct video calls to show sarees when required.
• Confirm customer orders and verify payments.
• Pack sarees neatly and prepare parcels for dispatch.
• Return sarees carefully to their correct place after customer viewing (video call or offline).
• Maintain inventory and keep the workspace organized.
• Coordinate with courier partners for shipments.

Requirements

• Fluent in Telugu (Mandatory)
• Basic Kannada (Mandatory)
• Able to read and type in English.
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Honest, organized, and customer-friendly.
• Experience in customer support, retail, boutique, or clothing stores is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
