Hiring: Workforce Coordinator | Freshers Welcome


Job Role: Workforce Coordinator

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Location: (HSR Layout Bangalore)


About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workforce Coordinator to manage resource planning and vendor coordination for proctoring operations. You will ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and workforce tracking on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities

Resource Planning & Vendor Coordination

  • Gather hiring and daily workforce requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely hiring closures
  • Schedule interviews and share results

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Coordinate onboarding with internal trainers
  • Track and manage onboarding documentation
  • Follow up with vendors for timely submissions
  • Handle resource backfills and replacements

Workforce Tracking & Reporting

  • Track daily resource utilisation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Share daily & monthly reports with vendors
  • Eligibility Criteria: Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Good follow-up and organisational ability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Preferred Skills: Attention to detail
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Ability to work with multiple teams & vendors
  • Selection Process Assessment (communication, coordination, attention to detail)
