Role Summary
The Account Information Security Coordinator & PMO plays a dual role combining account-level Information Security governance with Project Management Office (PMO) responsibilities. This role serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Information Security on the account while ensuring strong operational governance, financial discipline, and execution excellence across delivery initiatives. The position partners closely with delivery leads, security stakeholders, and corporate functions to drive compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Information Security & Compliance:
Act as the Account ISO SPOC, coordinating all account-level information security activities.
Drive compliance with organizational and client-specific Information Security policies, standards, and controls.
Support audits, risk assessments, control validations, and remediation tracking at the account level.
Liaise with internal Information Security teams and client security stakeholders to address security queries and action items.

PMO Governance & Delivery Management:
Manage account-level governance, including reporting cadences, reviews, and dashboards.
Develop and maintain delivery dashboards covering project status, milestones, KPIs, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Resource Management:
Maintain accurate WBS structures and ensure alignment with financial and delivery plans.
Perform timesheet reconciliation and work with teams to resolve discrepancies.
Oversee resource planning, onboarding and offboarding activities, and utilization management for the account.
Support onboarding of NTT DATA team members into client and vendor management systems (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday).

Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project governance roles.
Experience in, or strong willingness to manage, Information Security controls at an account or program level.
Understanding of NTT DATA internal processes, including but not limited to:
Hands-on experience supporting resource onboarding using systems such as Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, or similar workforce management tools.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools (dashboards, trackers, metrics).
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a client-facing PMO or delivery governance role.
Exposure to information security frameworks, audits, or compliance requirements is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Generic Requirements:
1. Must be ready to work in Global Village, Bangalore in a 100% In-Office mode. Remote / Hybrid work is not an option.

3. Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM Shift
