Job Description
· Manage day to day attendance of all the employees without fail
· Respond all incoming and outgoing communication including mails, phone calls or letters
· Should manage daily dispatches and Transport agendas
· Manage office supplies and equipment
· Manage books of records and database
· Documentation including bills, transport booking receipts, delivery challan and other office related receipts
· Maintain office space clean and organized
· Should know about Microsoft offices
· Able to work under pressure
· Maintain day to day input stock records and price breakup
· Manage employee attendance and salary preparation
· Knowledge of Tally is added advantage
· Bank related works – Cheque deposits, NEFT/RTGS or DD
· Manage leave letters, joining letters, appointment letters and experience letters
· Good leadership skill and work under time management
· Daily work report to higher management
