Provides administrative support in accounts payable related areas.

CSD Analyst (IC0) - APAC/EMEA

• Qualification – Graduate Degree (preferably in Finance / Commerce)
• Experience – Minimal working experience in accounts payable domain is an advantage.
• Soft Skills - Good communication skills in verbal and written communication is a must for this position.
• Good Analytical Skills
• Superior customer focus and listening skills are pre-requisites for this position

-     Soft Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to listen and understand the needs of the customer are essential qualities for this position. Additionally, the candidate should be able to handle escalations and resolve conflicts in a professional and productive manner.

Job duties may include: typing, filing, verifying records, data entry, generation invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, simple data entry, basic journal entries, balancing A/P records, process expense reports and other administrative tasks Researches and respond to internal or external inquiries; working closely with local subsidiaries finance staff. May audit expenses and payment requests against corporate policies.
