1. Proficiency in Core Java, Microservices architecture, and REST API development

2. Hands-on experience with Quarkus and/or Spring Boot.

3. Write high-quality unit tests using JUnit to ensure code reliability.

4. Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and Nosql databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB)

5. Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

6. Leverage cloud services from providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

7. Familiarity with Kafka for messaging and event streaming.

8. Contribute to projects using Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies is a bonus.

9. Strong verbal and written communcation skills

10. Good in data structure and algorithms
