Role Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 10+ years of end‑to‑end delivery experience in delivering projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects and critical initiatives, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across delivery processes. 

The role requires hands‑on expertise with Agile delivery, strong proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Project / Smartsheet, and other enterprise project management tools. Additionally, the candidate is expected to demonstrate strong working knowledge of GenAI tools for project management, including practical exposure to Cursor (or similar), MCP connectivity, and other AI‑assisted productivity and delivery tools. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage multiple projects, workstreams, and critical escalations 

• Own end‑to‑end delivery (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality) 

• Maintain project plans and proactively manage risks and dependencies 

• Drive Agile best practices and delivery governance 

• Ensure effective Agile ceremonies, metrics, and standards adoption 

• Act as the primary liaison between onshore and offshore stakeholders 

• Ensure clear, consistent communication and expectation management 

• Own service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs 

• Support demand planning and scalable delivery models 

• Analyse complex delivery issues and propose practical solutions 

• Drive process optimisation, automation, and efficiency improvements 

• Use GenAI tools to improve planning, reporting, and decision‑making 

• Apply Cursor, MCP connectivity, and modern AI tools to enhance delivery efficiency 

 

Required Skills & Experience 

Experience 

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in offshore / global delivery models. 

• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑project environments. 

• Experience working with distributed, cross‑functional teams. 

Project Management & Agile Tools 

• Strong hands‑on experience with:  

• JIRA (project tracking, dashboards, reporting, workflows) 

• Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet 

• Agile project management tools and reporting frameworks 

• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models. 

GenAI & AI Tooling (Mandatory) 

• Good working knowledge of GenAI tools applied to project management. 

• Practical exposure to Cursor for AI‑assisted productivity and delivery tasks. 

• Understanding of MCP connectivity and AI integration concepts. 

• Awareness of emerging AI tools that support planning, estimation, risk analysis, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications 

• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications. 

• Experience in technology delivery, application development, or managed services environments. 

• Exposure to automation, reporting, or AI‑enabled delivery frameworks.
