AEM Developer Module Lead

Technical Skills: 

AEM developers are expected to have strong technical skills in AEM development, including component creation, template design, and integration with other systems. They also need a solid understanding of front-end technologies and experience working with cloud environments. 

Specific Skills and Requirements:

• AEM Development: Proficiency in developing AEM components, templates, dialogs (Touch UI and Classic UI), client libraries, and servlets. 
• Front-End Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and potentially frameworks like Bootstrap. 
• AEM Integration: Experience integrating AEM with other systems, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other third-party platforms. 
• Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing AEM instances. 
• Back-End Technologies: Understanding of Sling Models, OSGi, and Apache Felix. 
• Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems. 
• CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for efficient deployment. 
• Agile Development: Experience working in Agile development methodologies. 
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills are crucial for collaborating with other developers and stakeholders. 

Additional Desired Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its components (XDM, Real-Time CDP, Customer Data Profiles).
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and its specific requirements.
• Experience with multi-site management and personalization.
• Understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and how AEM can support them.
• Experience with setting up or upgrading complex AEM environments.
