What you will do
- Turn Strategy into Scripts: You are a writer who knows how to tell a story. Your job is to take the strategy ideas from our specialists and turn them into finished scripts that are ready for the camera.
- Run the AI Machine: You won’t be writing these from scratch. Instead, you will run a system of AI agents and workflows that do the research and the first drafts for you.
- Manage Digital Agents: You will spend your time managing these AI agents to make sure they are finding the right information and putting it into the right words.
- The Human Polish: Once the agents give you a draft, you step in to polish it. You will rewrite the hooks to make them better, fix the pacing so it sounds natural, and make sure the final script is simple, clear, and human.
- Own the Engine: You are also responsible for the engine itself. If the AI is giving you boring or robotic results, you don’t just fix the text. You look at the workflow and the instructions you gave the agents and you fix the system so the next script comes out better.
- Verify Everything: You use AI tools to double check every fact in the script to make sure everything we say is accurate.
- Voice Training: You will be responsible for teaching our AI models how we talk. This means creating style guides and logic that the AI uses so that every script sounds like our brand, regardless of which agent produced it.
- Engagement Logic: You aren't just looking at words; you are looking at the structure.
- Scaling Knowledge: Since you are using workflows, you will be expected to handle multiple projects at once. You’ll be the air traffic controller for several different video scripts moving through the AI pipeline at the same time.
What we are looking for
- Scripting Knowledge: You know how to write for YouTube. You understand how to keep people watching and how to make a script easy for a creator to read on camera.
- AI Fluency: You are already comfortable using AI for more than just simple prompts. You know how to use workflows and agents to get complex work done at a very high speed.
- Analytical Thinking: You can look at a lot of information and quickly figure out what is important and what is just noise.
- Problem Solving: When a script isn't working or the AI system gets stuck, you are the person who figures out a way to fix it.
- High Ownership: You are responsible for the final words. Even though you use AI to help, you own the quality of every script that goes to production.
