Aircraft Controls Modelling & Simulation Internship

Job Description:

As a Aircraft Controls Modelling & Simulation Intern, you will be work towards developing simulation models that are integrated in simulation platforms to support system design, validation & verification.

The various activities to be performed are: 

● Develop simulation models

● V&V of system functions using the developed models

● Ensure support for integration of the models on different simulation platforms 

● Define the evolutions of the models based on the evaluation sessions and the change requests 

● Development of tools to support analysis and V&V

Required Education: 

● Pursuing B.Tech./M.Tech./BS/MS in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control or related disciplines

Required skills and expertise: 

- Basic aerospace domain knowledge 

- Knowledge of aircraft systems

- Knowledge or experience in modelling & simulation of behavioral and/or physical systems (e.g. using Matlab, Simulink)

- Knowledge with programming in C, C++, Matlab is an advantage

- Strong problem solving and logical thinking ability 

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

- Flexibility and adaptability 

- Ability to work well in a team environment
