IQVIA is looking for freshers and professionals who want to be part of an AI transformation journey—building real, production‑grade solutions that drive productivity and measurable business outcomes.

You will work on agentic automation solutions that combine AI agents, orchestration, and RPA, enabling intelligent decision‑making, exception handling, and scalable automation for enterprise processes.

• Build agentic AI–driven applications and intelligent automation workflows (AI + RPA)
• Design and orchestrate multi‑agent workflows using LangGraph
• Evaluate and optimize agent performance and workflows using LangSmith
• Build end‑to‑end solutions using Python, React, and Azure
• Use GitLab for version control and CI/CD
• Prototype quickly and scale into robust, enterprise‑ready systems

• Fresh graduates excited to start their journey in AI transformation and intelligent automation
• Strong proficiency in Python with frontend exposure to React
• Exposure to Azure and/or RPA tools is a plus (not mandatory)
• Curious mindset with strong ownership and a builder’s attitude
