We are seeking an Analyst - Data & Analytics to elevate our data &analytics function and shape data-driven business decisions at Everpure. In this high-impact role, you will design, build, and deploy web based dashboards and leverage AI to optimize backend and the front end . You bring deep analytics domain fluency, data storytelling capabilities, and a track record of converting complex operational data into actionable strategic insights.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Data Product Development: Own the full lifecycle of analytics projects—from gathering cross-functional requirements to delivering scalable, validated, and providing actionable insights to the business
- AI-Augmented Tooling: Design, build, and deploy automated dashboards by leveraging AI and GenAI tools (including Claude) to rapidly prototype and implement custom web-based solutions, providing business leaders with intelligent, self-serve intelligence without the constraints of traditional BI platforms.
- Data Integrity & Systems Integration: Partner with Data Engineering, IT, and enterprise data teams to drive data governance and seamless integration across core ERP and financial systems, ensuring the analytical foundation is highly reliable, compliant, and audit-ready.
- Strategic Financial Storytelling: Translate complex data findings and multi-dimensional financial models into compelling narratives and recommendations for business leaders, ensuring strategic decisions are grounded in rigorous data insights.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Analytics Expertise: 7+ years of professional experience in data & analytics , paired with a deep understanding of B2B environment
- Technical Analysis & Data Modeling: Strong technical skills in data modeling, database queries, and advanced analysis using SQL and Python, enabling you to operate comfortably at both the high-level strategic layer and the granular database query level.
- AI & Automated Dashboard Prototyping: Hands-on experience building, prototyping, and deploying AI/ML-powered models or custom analytics tools to automate workflows, or scale analytics projects
- Strategic Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex financial datasets into clear, actionable narratives for departmental leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Location Compliance: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
