Global People Technology Support [GPTS] is a team of 40+ professionals based in Bangalore. GPTS provides solutions to KPMG Member Firms globally, leveraging insights and applying best practices. The team supports global implementations along with post implementation support and administration of various HR systems - SAP SuccessFactors LMS, SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, IBM Kenexa, Adobe Connect VC, SAP MyPD, Global Mobility and SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Applications. The team’s responsibilities include L1/ L2/ L3 support, requirement gathering & analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, post go-live support, change request management, documentation and training.

• Work on Query Management Tool like ServiceNow.

• Triage and resolve user queries on SuccessFactors LMS/Kaltura.

• Conduct workshops to onboard new countries.

• Engage super users on admin calls and provide solutions to frequently asked questions.

• Effectively communicate with all levels in the organization using non-technical language and leverage such skills to coordinate and work with Global across different functions and multiple teams.

• Work in shift and showcase flexibility.

• Work on Mailbox Management.

• Take up new projects to deliver further value and quality to client groups.

• Assist Kaltura global implementation projects and coordinate with the country administrators for a smooth implementation. 

• Bachelor of Engineering or Technology.

• SAP SF Learning Management Certified Analyst preferred.

• Location: Bangalore only (Hybrid work – should be able to work for 2 to 3 days in office)
