Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging deeply with data to uncover meaningful business insights through predictive statistical modeling. The role requires analyzing client, market, and key performance data to support and enhance decision-making processes. This position involves continuous interaction with analytical tools and techniques to refine models and deliver actionable intelligence that drives strategic business outcomes. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Continuously monitor and validate the performance of predictive models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Document analytical processes and findings clearly to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices in analytics and data interpretation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data integration and transformation within cloud-based environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages commonly used in data analytics workflows.
- Ability to optimize data pipelines and workflows for improved performance and scalability.
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices in analytics projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
