Towards delivering end-to-end Appian solution, role holder will understand and document business requirements. 
Maintain a detailed traceability matrix of requirements, and ensure product back log is delivered in the agreed timelines.
Promote Code Lite, code reusability, futuristic design / business driven configuration, and ensure same is embedded in workflow delivery model.
Conduct Appian training/learning sessions for other volunteers and promote light automation through citizen development. Facilitate training sessions and demos for business users. 
Be an evangelist energetically driving the Appian solution adoption widely across the organization
Lead the adoption of program wide tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS-Teams etc.
Provide post implementation support for workflow applications

Design contemporary solutions that engrain rich functionality, superior user experience without compromising the system performance
Good understanding of BPM Lifecycle and hands-on experience in the enterprise wide implementations. 
Translate the functional requirement to the Appian business flows leveraging Process models, Rules, CDTs and Web service integration
Agile practitioner with expert knowledge of delivering workflow solutions and in particular Appian apps underpinning cloud architecture.
Strong knowledge of web services and integration with experience integrating XML / WEB API interfaces [including micro-services]
Familiarity with Appian-GCP APIs interaction through Google Service Accounts is highly desirable
Ability to craft captivating user experience by optimizing the user interface ‘tailor made’ for the personas’ specific requirements. Adept at design & delivery of simple/guided experience as well as complex design patterns involving dense UIs.
Ability to reimagine complex forms into sleek UI with optimum Flow and Layout
Strong hands-on experience in design patterns and Appian integration.
