Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function seamlessly to support business objectives and user needs. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be tasked with maintaining the integrity and reliability of essential applications while adapting to the evolving demands of the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for enhancement to ensure optimal functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Proficient in documenting processes and creating user guides for system enhancements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
