We are seeking a skilled and proactive SPLUNK & bDynatrace Monitoring Tools member to manage and support our SPLUNK & Dynatrace SaaS environment, develop monitoring solutions, and automate tool processes using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SPLUNK, Dynatrace. Additionally, the role involves managing SPLUNK & Dynatrace Monitoring as Code.
Must have Skills: SPLUNK, Dynatrace, PowerShell/ShellScript, and Azure DevOps
Secondary Skills (Good to Have): AppDynamics, Scripting, Grafana, Azure, AKS

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SPLUNK & Dynatrace SaaS installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in cloud-based environments.
- Experience automating tasks using PowerShell / Shell scripting and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, specifically Azure/AWS/GCP.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD processes, and Git or Azure Repos for source code management.
- Configure log injections in Tools environment.
- User Administartion/configurations, dashboard/report building.

Additional Information:
- SPLUNK or Dynatrace certifications.
- Experience with application performance monitoring (APM) tools and log aggregation.
