Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for documenting findings and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base that enhances the team's efficiency and effectiveness in delivering high-quality support services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
