Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring the smooth operation of applications and systems. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes. Your role will also require you to document findings and solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and enhancing service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Strong understanding of server configuration and management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for Windows Server environments.
- Knowledge of network protocols and services related to Windows Server.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
