- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with monitoring tools and performance tuning for network systems.
- Familiarity with security principles and best practices related to network infrastructures.
