APPLICATION SUPPORT LEAD – DMS WORKSITE (SFIA LEVEL 5)

Job Title: Application Support Lead – DMS Worksite
Department: Group Digital Service Operations
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Job Location: Bangalore or Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Lead support for DMS platform (MySQL, .NET, Python, Azure VM, iManage).
• Resolve document ingestion, indexing, content search, permissions, iManage integrations.
• Ensure high availability for content management operations.
• Guide engineers, ensure compliance/governance for document handling.
• Participate in on-call rotation and rotating shifts.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering.

Certifications (Preferred)

• iManage Certification
• SQL/MySQL certification
• ITIL Foundation
