Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled : « Communications Apprentice » has just opened at Airbus India located in Bengaluru. You will join the "Communications" team.

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in July, 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of:

• Content Creation: Support the team by curating engaging stories, newsletters, and social media posts to highlight our projects and people.

• Event and branding Support: Helping organize internal and external branding events.

• Digital Presence: Assisting in managing internal digital platforms (Intranet) and coordinating with agencies for visual content like videos and graphics.

• Operations:  support the team with operational requirements 

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Corporate Storytelling: Learning how to turn complex aerospace news into relatable stories for different audiences.

• Stakeholder Management: Working with various departments to gather info and align on communication goals.

• Project Coordination: Gaining hands-on experience in planning and executing large-scale communication campaigns from scratch.

Your Boarding Pass:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: You are a Fresh Graduate (Post-graduate) in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or English Literature.

• Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).

• Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.

You possess the following competences:

- Functional Skills :

• Strong writing and editing skills (ability to write clear, grammatically correct English).

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite , or similar design tools for quick layouts.

• Familiarity with social media trends and professional platforms like LinkedIn.

- Soft Skills :

• Creative Mindset

• Team Spirit

• Curiosity

• Collaborative spirit
  

- Language skills :

English: Fluent (both written and spoken).
