About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned Technical Lead with embedded systems experience to lead our Olu ECU development project. You'll work closely with MBRDI and drive technical excellence.

What You Will Do:

Lead the development and maintenance of Olu ECU software

Drive technical architecture and design decisions

Collaborate with teams to implement CAN, Linux, and other embedded technologies

Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of ECU software

Mentor team members and drive best practices

Bonus Points if You Have:

Experience with automotive standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262)

Knowledge of model-based design tools (e.g., Simulink)

Familiarity with cybersecurity practices in embedded systems

Experience with Agile methodologies

What Makes You Eligible:

12+ years of experience in embedded systems development

Strong expertise in CAN, Linux, and embedded technologies

Proven leadership experience and technical expertise

Experience with ECU development and automotive industry

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to drive technical decisions and lead teams

Adaptability to changing project requirements
