Role Overview

The Field Supervisor – Construction is responsible for managing portfolio of elevators and escalators installation projects across Government, Commercial, and Residential sites. The role ensures timely, safe, and quality-focused installation and handover of units while achieving positive project margins and maintaining compliance with Otis standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Safety & Compliance

·       Uphold strict adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) protocols across all installation activities.

·       Adhere to Otis installation standards.

Project Execution & Installation Management

·       Oversee installation activities for elevators and escalators and ensure adherence as per all installation process and standards.

·       Maintain Project Planning schedule and deliver as per customers’ expectations.

·       Coordinate with Sales for Pre-Bid Meetings.

·       Ensure site readiness and monitor progress.

·       Regulate Additional Material requirements and Time (AMT)

Stakeholder & Customer Management

·       Maintain relationships with customers and authorities.

·       Maintain Customer centricity through customer responsiveness & providing solutions.

·       Coordination with Factory, Finance, Field Engineering and logistics.

Team Management

·       Coordinate with commissioning engineers and lead field partner teams.

·       Monitor productivity and enhance performance.

Qualifications & Experience

·       Diploma –Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

·       Minimum 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in the elevator industry.

·       Strong communication and team-handling skills.
