Role Overview

The SEO & Web Marketing Associate is responsible for driving organic growth and managing the digital presence through a combination of SEO strategy and hands-on web management. This professional will work within a global team, collaborating closely with content creators and engineering teams to optimize web presence and technical performance. The role involves executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, identifying technical gaps, and managing content authoring and publishing within the Content Management System (CMS). Additionally, the individual will create reporting dashboards to track key SEO and web parameters, ensuring a seamless and optimized digital experience across global markets. 

Principal Tasks

  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Technical SEO & Engineering Collaboration: Work directly with engineering teams to identify technical SEO gaps, suggest structural improvements, and ensure the website meets modern technical standards.
  • CMS Authoring & Publishing: Utilize Content Management Systems, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), to author, edit, and publish web content. Ensure all published materials follow SEO best practices, including proper metadata, header tags, and URL structures.
  • Web Management & Content Coordination: Liaise with content teams to coordinate web management and content authoring, publishing ensuring all digital assets are optimized for search and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain SEO and web performance dashboards to report on key parameters, providing actionable insights to global stakeholders.
  • Global Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the globe to ensure SEO initiatives and web publishing standards are implemented consistently across different regions.
  • Troubleshooting: Manage the end-to-end web publishing workflow and troubleshoot HTML or component-related issues within the CMS to ensure optimal site performance.

Experience/Skills/Systems Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SEO, web management, or a related digital marketing role.
  • SEO Expertise: Proven track record in managing on-page and off-page SEO, including a strong understanding of technical SEO requirements.
  • CMS Knowledge: Strong background and understanding of Content Management Systems and web authoring; experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience developing and troubleshooting HTML files and familiarity with identifying technical site gaps for engineering implementation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze digital marketing data and create comprehensive reporting dashboards.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, team-oriented environment.
  • Project Management: Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects under pressure while maintaining high client service standards.
