Assistant Manager
- Candidates should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Knowledge & experience in development of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform.
- Aware of best development practices during implementation & coach other team members to follow best practices.
- Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Ideal candidate should have worked on agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow application in scrum-based approach
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
- Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge & experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow
- Must be available for shift timings between 2PM to 11PM
- The ServiceNow Assistant manager will join the high performing ServiceNow implementation team, this team work only on ServiceNow implementation & transformation projects
- The ServiceNow Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the team of 5-7 key members to implement a ServiceNow application as per client needs
- The ServiceNow Assistant Manager is responsible for designing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond
- The candidate will have to act as a Solution Architect/Senior developer as required in the implementation team.
- Candidate will work on Innovative solutions to automate processes or increase efficiency, effectiveness of systems
- Candidate will perform performance management of 4-5 developers, engage in coaching, career development as per KPMG framework.
- Candidates will help in practice development by helping in hiring, resourcing & rewards & recognition
- Candidate can choose one practice development function to participate in, innovation, presales, hiring or resourcing.
- Must be available for shift timings between 2PM to 11PM
Must-Have Certifications
Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
CIS (Certified Implementation specialist (Preferred)
ITIL Certifications (desired)
Scrum master (Preferred)
