Assistant Manager

Roles & responsibilities
·Managing a portfolio of international clients in relation to our global company secretarial services, under the supervision of senior team members.·Being a first point of contact for your portfolio of clients via the Digital Gateway, including regular communications, hosting update calls/meetings and obtaining/reviewing feedback.·Managing compliance diaries to ensure services are being delivered in an efficient and timely manner.·Liaising with, and directing, our international network firms to ensure delivery of our services to required standards for our clients.·Assisting with administrative tasks, including maintenance of Digital Gateway, supporting client on-boarding procedures, financial reporting, etc.·Ensure strong working relationships, both with clients and colleagues alike.Education and qualifications:
·The applicant will have achieved a degree qualification.
Skills and Experience Required:
·The applicant will have at least 2 years’ Experience working with legal entity compliance/company secretary matters is required.·Applicant must also be aware of organising a number of parties and be used to working in tight deadlines.·The applicant will preferably have experience coordinating international projects, working across different countries and time zones, although this is not essential.Ideally experienced in the use of Diligent & GEMS software and other legal entity databases.·The applicant will have good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.·Strong organisational, attention to detail and personal skills are essential.·Experience working with legal entity compliance/company secretary matters is required.
