We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager for Automation Specialist, Analytics Team! 
We are looking for a professional in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that drive business efficiency and productivity. Should have analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
•    Involve in development/testing/enhancement on need basis and deliver the projects as per the expectation from client
•    Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
•    Create dashboards and reports in Power BI for data visualization and business insights.
•    Design and implement Excel-based automation solutions using VBA and advanced formulas.
•    Write and maintain basic Python scripts for data processing and automation tasks.
•     Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.
•    Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes for performance and reliability.
•    Basic SQL Knowledge
•    Formulate and define system scope and objectives, based on project requirements.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualification : 
•    VBA Programming - MS Excel , MS Access and MS Power Point Skills
•    Basic SQL Knowledge 
•    Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.
•    Familiarity with Python/R coding. Using libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Selenium.
•    Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Technical skills: Python, VBA, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power BI and MS Office (Excel & PPT)
