Assistant Manager-KDNI TP

Roles & responsibilities

Base Expectations

Project DeliveryGood basic accounting and TP knowledge       Good knowledge of Financial Statements from a TP context  Excellent understanding of Transfer Pricing benchmarking process including working on global databasesGood understanding of Transfer Pricing documentation process including working on update reports, industry analysis and economic analysis.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Analytical and logical mind to review work done by a Senior

 

Practice Management

Meeting deadlinesBeing role models for peers and juniorsAdhering (100%) to hygiene factors such as timesheets, leave compliance and risk policiesSupporting and participating actively in team wide initiatives 

Stretch Expectations

 

Project Delivery

Completing projects in a timely manner with a good quality

Managing delivery of multiple projects in an effective manner

Allocating and follow up on tasks to junior team members

Reviewing the work done by junior team members

Guiding junior team members through various processes

Displaying problem solving capabilities

 

Practice Management

Displaying strong presence and impact to the wider team

Prepare and manage project plan

Resource planning for seamless delivery of work

 

Preferred technical &
functional skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPointProficiency in mining data from databases and resources

Educational qualifications

Graduation/ Post-Graduation/ Chartered Accountant
