Assistant Manager - PMO

Lead the PMO ensuring successful delivery of projects Develop & implement PM methodologies, processess, and best practices Provide strategic direction & oversight for projects and align them with business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables Establish KPI's and metrics to measure project performance, identify areas of improvement, and drive continous enhancement Ensure 100% compliance with standards, regulations, and framework Identify and mitigate project risks, address potential issues, and minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables Prepare governance trackers and project status updates Lead governance meetings and provide regular updates to key stakeholders and leadership team
