Assistant Manager - Quality

• He/she shall ensure compliance to the annual quality plan and quality annual operating plan- ACE, safe @6, leadership rounds, monthly calendar activities, clinical audit, clinical pathways, tool box talks, flash meetings, Endo safe , medafe, digitalization, OT optimization pulse check audits, ICQUA audits etc 
• He/she shall define the process/system, guiding staff for appropriate 
• He/she shall define Quality indicators (along with data collection guidelines, sampling, inclusion/exclusion criteria, formula, benchmarking/fixing internal targets etc) He/She shall be able to prepare meaningful data from Quality indicators and identify data sources, training the champions
• He/she shall validate and analyze the data collected by champions and identify adverse trends and opportunities for further improvement
• He/she shall receive all the incidents, categorize them, and forward them to various HoDs for further analysis and action taken. Supporting HoDs in investigating the incident and strengthening the process for further improvement. Reminding HoDs for closure. Reviewing the comments endorsed by the HoDs and closing them appropriately. Conducting Root Cause Analysis for severe incidents and sentinel events.

He/she shall conduct various internal audits and tracers, compile observations, discussing with relevant HoDs/committees for further improvement
