Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Incoming inspection and OK/Not OK disposition
• Daily rejection clearance
• Weekly SQA MIS reporting
• Supplier and JPTR audits
• SCAP tracking
• NFF adherence
• ICA/PCA execution
• Issue analysis using QC tools
• Core tools usage (MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, APQP)

Experience

4-8 Yrs Experience

Industry Preferred

Automotive OEMs / Tier‑1 suppliers

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech –  Electronics

General Requirements

1. Core competency on problem solving for electronics parts.
2. Knowledge on electronic product manufacturing processes & testing, SMT, PCBA, ICT, FCT & ATE.
3. Basic understanding on E&E parts application & circuit level knowledge.
4. Supplier audits, IATF 16949, QC tools, problem solving, MIS reporting
